Please read this information carefully before ordering any product. By ordering at Beakerloo, you will agree to these terms & conditions.
By placing an order at Beakerloo, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents' permission to buy) and that you accept these terms & conditions which apply to all orders placed at Beakerloo for the sale and delivery (if applicable). None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.
All items are sold “as is”. The items for sale are used, and unless otherwise specified, in good condition for their age. Beakerloo has made every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of authenticity, background information, measurements, condition, authorship or translation of title as presented. Information beyond the technical description is offered as “help” to the reader but is not warranted. Pieces that include a provenance or authentication certificate will be noted and included with the sale. Beakerloo guarantees authenticity of pieces up to six months after purchase.
All products remain Beakerloo's property until full payment is made. The guaranteed price is that which is published at the date and time that the order is placed. Payment fees and shipping fees (if applicable) are disclosed prior to the buyer confirming the purchase, and by confirming the transaction, you agree to these fees.
All transfers conducted through Beakerloo are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for your chosen payment gateway/method as each have their own regulations and are responsible for transactions made through their portal.
Please note that local charges and sales tax may occur, depending on your region and local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will appear at checkout prior to confirming transaction.
Items may be picked up at Beakerloo store in Columbus, Ohio, once payment is made. Should you opt for the item to be shipped, it will be sent within three business days of cleared transaction.
Buyer may pick up any item upon point of sale from our store (190 E. Whittier Street, Columbus, OH 43206) or may arrange packing, handling and shipping through Beakerloo.
Beakerloo will work with purchaser to find the best delivery method and pair with outside contractor to arrange for, or otherwise transport, the purchase. Charges vary based on purchaser’s origin and size and weight of items, and desired delivery method. See shipping details here.
Buyer is responsible for securing shipping quotes from Beakerloo prior to purchase.
All personal information you provide, or that we obtain, will be handled by Beakerloo in a secure and responsible manner. The personal information you provide will be used to assess ability to remit payment, ensure deliveries, and for communication purposes. The information you provide is only available to Beakerloo and is not shared with any third party. You may request to review, amend or remove stored information.
Beakerloo reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. In the unlikely event that the product is sold, Beakerloo has the right to cancel the order and refund payment. Beakerloo shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products, if available.

You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days of your purchase. Please note that the product must be returned unused and in the original packaging. In case of a refund, neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid.
Events outside Beakerloo's control, which are not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, and will release Beakerloo from obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Force majeure includes government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers.
